Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: • Lessons are valid for up to 3 months from purchase date. All lessons either purchased directly or invoiced,  have a 3 month expiry. Gift cards have a 6 month expiry from date of purchase, to allow for time before the gift is given.  • Rescheduling of bookings can be made if customer contacts us at least 72 hours prior to the original start time of the booking. No fees will be incurred. A limit of 1 rescheduled lesson applies, unless otherwise approved by us. • Lessons rescheduled /cancelled with less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours notice, will result in a cancellation fee that is 50% of the value of a single lesson. This may affect the rebooking of any further lessons for that student. Refunds will not be issued. • Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking (as well as no-shows) will forfeit any payment that has been made for the booking. This may also result in our refusal to rebook any further lessons for that student. Refunds will not be issued. • Rescheduling requirements will be catered for as best as possible. Please be advised that we are very busy and you may need to be flexible when it comes to rebooking, as we are consistently in high demand. • Payments made for purchases are not refundable. • These decisions are held solely at the discretion of Level Up Roadcraft.
