QUESTION: Can I only book a maximum of 10 hours of lessons with an instructor?

ANSWER: No. Students may book as many hours with an instructor as they like. There is no minimum or maximum amount of hours in which you can learn from an instructor.

QUESTION: How many bonus hours for my logbook can I get, if I am under 25 years old?

ANSWER: The first 10 hours of professionally instructed lessons are equivalent to 30 logbook hours.

QUESTION: Where will I meet the instructor for my lessons?

ANSWER: We offer 2x location pick-up/drop off options. Choose to meet our instructor at Katoomba RMS, or be picked-up/dropped-off at one location between Blackheath-Hazelbrook

QUESTION: What are the terms & conditions of my bookings?

ANSWER: Our terms & conditions may be different according to the type of booking you have made. You will be asked to agree to a few simple terms & conditions at checkout. QUESTION: Do I use my car for the lessons I book with you?

ANSWER: No. All lessons are conducted in our dual pedal, fully insured 2021 Toyota C-HR AUTOMATIC instructor's car

QUESTION: What suburbs do you service?

ANSWER: We service the following suburbs:

AREA 1: Katoomba, Leura, Medlow Bath, Wentworth Falls

AREA 2: Blackheath, Bullaburra, Hazelbrook & Lawson

QUESTION: Can I hire your car to use for my P's test?

ANSWER: No. We do not offer car hire for RMS testing​

​

QUESTION: What do I have to do to get my P's?

ANSWER: In order to sit your P1 test, you must:

  • Be at least 17 years of age​

  • Have passed a Hazard Perception Test (HPT) - you must have held your learner licence for at least 10 months before you can do the HPT

  • Have held a learner licence for at least 12 months, unless you’re 25 or older

  • Have logged at least 120 hours driving time in your learner driver log book, including at least 20 hours of night driving, unless you’re 25 or older. 

  • Prove your identity

  • Pass an eyesight test

  • Pay the licence and test fees, unless you’re eligible for a concession

  • Pass the driving test.
